Visitor Parking

Residents must register their visitor’s vehicles in order to avoid receiving a parking ticket.

Each owner/resident is permitted 7 days of parking per calendar month.  Longer term visitor parking requires prior approval from the Board of Directors.

Owners and tenants are not permitted to park in visitor parking without prior approval.
