Welcome to 415jarvis.com. Wow - what a year it's been! The market continued to be incredibly active in the earlier part of 2010 only to slow down just prior to the HST becoming part of our lives. Sellers set records in sale prices and buyers came out in droves. While the summer is traditionally a slow time, the HST has added to a slower season. Here's hoping for a busy and satisfying Fall for both buyers and Sellers at The Central. For those of you who don't know me, I'd like to introduce myself. I've been the host Realtor and Agent to many Buyers & Sellers at 415 Jarvis Street for over six years now. I hope the good word has spread and that you will become my next client in 2010!
