Welcome to 415jarvis.com. Happy Summer! Despite the situation in the US and other European countries, Canada seems to have stayed clear of economic disaster. This is great news for the market in terms of interest rates and buyer affordability. The stricter mortgage rules beginning March 18th have also helped us stay on the straight and narrow. The Toronto market remains strong as does the balance of buyers & sellers. Nothing extreme which makes for a solid and healthy market. For those of you who don't know me, I'd like to introduce myself. I've been the host Realtor for 'The Central' and agent to many Buyers & Sellers at 415 Jarvis Street for over seven years now. I hope the good word has spread and that you will become my next client in 2011! Interest rates are still the lowest ever and buyers will (should) take advantage of this in the coming months.
