Welcome to 415jarvis.com. Wow - what a New Year it's been! The market has exploded. Sellers are setting records in sale price highs and buyers are out in droves. Quite a difference 1 year ago when the market was at a virtual standstill. It's a great time to be in the Toronto Real Estate market. For those of you who don't know me, I'd like to introduce myself. I've been the host Realtor and Agent to many Buyers & Sellers at 415 Jarvis Street for over six years now. I hope the good word has spread and that you will become my next client in 2010! Interest rates are the lowest ever and buyers continue to shop! Due the increase in demand many properties are getting far above their asking price.
